After 9 years of having an old, waterlogged hot tub cover we purchased a new one in 2020. I wish we had done it years sooner! I was at the point of wrenching my shoulder muscles every time I had to open or close the old cover.
It had started sagging in the middle and water had saturated the insulation. The Cover is lightweight and extremely easy to open with their hydraulic assist lift option. And it has the slightly tapered top so there is never any standing water on it! Why doesn't every hot tub company make them like this? I can highly recommend them for anyone looking for a better built and easy to open hot tub cover. Easy ordering process.

The UltraCore covers use a laminated composite NGX foam core that resists water absorption, is lighter, more durable, and offers better insulation.
Our covers provide up to 25% more energy efficiency compared to typical covers.
2. How long is the warranty on ProCore Covers?
The UltraCore Cover has a 10-year limited warranty for the original purchaser.
There’s also a 7-year warranty for the standard ProCore Cover, covering materials, stitching, and core integrity.
The warranty does not cover misuse, water pooling due to improper installation, or damage from improper chemical usage.
Customer is responsible for delivery and pickup or shipping costs associated with the cover for warranty claims. For additional information visit the warranty page.
3. How do I measure my hot tub for a replacement cover?
You can either measure your old cover (if it's not warped or waterlogged) or measure the spa itself.
Key dimensions include: length, width, and corner radius.
When measuring, they recommend rounding up to the nearest half-inch or inch for a slightly oversized cover, which is easier to open and close.
4. Can I order a custom-shaped or oversized cover?
Yes — ProCore offers rounded corner, square corner, circular, and other custom shapes for hot tubs.

5. Is ProCore Covers made in the USA?
Yes — ProCore Covers are 100% made in the USA.
6. What is the return policy for ProCore Covers?
You can return a product within 30 calendar days of delivery if it's unused and in its original condition.
Customized or special-order covers (like custom shapes or sizes) are non-refundable, unless there was shipping damage (with insurance) or a manufacturing defect.
